Industrial Oil Fired Boiler
For industrial heating plants with exacting environmental regulations, we recommend our PETRO Rotary Cup Burner.
PETRO Low-pressure Air Atomising Burner is suitable for tough environment, where low emission demand is less important, but high availability is required.
Industrial Gas Fired Boiler
In case of industrial heating plants with exacting environmental regulations and demands for burning both oil and gas, we recommend our dual fuel PETRO Rotary Cup Burner.
Petrokraft's dual fuel PETRO Low-pressure Air Atomising Burner is suitable for tough environment, where low emission demand is less important, but high availability and possibility to burn both oil and gas is required.
In case of low NOx emission demand and gas burning alone, we recommend our PETRO Gas Burner.
Marine Auxiliary Steam Boiler
Petrokraft has many years of experience in marine installations on different types of ships.
PETRO Low-pressure Air Atomising Burner, with its few moving parts and robust construction, is ideal for ships with one or more auxiliary steam boilers where waste oil burning is also possible. It has capacity from 2 to 25 MW.
PETRO Rotary Cup Burner has capacity from 9 to 40 MW and is ideal for bigger marine installations e.g.: tankers. Furthermore waste oil burning is also possible.
FB Boiler
In case of FB boilers we recommend our PETRO Lance Burner, either specified as a start- or loadburner. Start burner can be delivered for straight erection or erected in angle to bed. The advantage of both of them is that they are provided with protection hatches that shield these burners from the heat of the combustion chamber when it is in "stand by" position.
CFB Boiler
In case of CFB boilers we can recommend our PETRO Lance Burner. The start burner can be delivered for straight erection or erected in angle to bed. The advantage of both of them is that they are provided with protection hatches that shield these burners from the heat of the combustion chamber when it is in "stand by" position. We can also recommend so called "under bed start up burner" in the form of Hot Gas Generator which includes preheating chamber with our PETRO Low-pressure Air Atomising Burner.
Hot Gas Generator
Hot Gas Generator includes a preheating chamber laid with refractory bricks and PETRO Low-pressure Air Atomising Burner. It is used as so called "under bed start up burner" for solid fuel boilers. Petrokraft's product list includes also Hot Gas Generator suitable for plaster or fibreboard production.

HFO
Heavy fuel oil can be burned in all Petrokraft's oil burners. PETRO Rotary Cup Burner is provided with a rotary cup and water emulsion unit that guarantees the lowest emission values of dust and NOx.
PETRO Low-pressure Air Atomising Burner is provided with a ceramic quarl that makes this burner especially suitable for burning really rough oils like shale oil, mazut etc.
LFO
For the lowest emission values, we recommend our PETRO Rotary Cup Burner.
Gas
It is possible to use gas as an alternative fuel in our duel fuel PETRO Rotary Cup Burner and our duel fuel PETRO Low-pressure Air Atomising Burner. In case of only gas burning, we recommend our PETRO Gas Burner.
Pulverised bio fuel
Petrokraft rebuilds many oil fired plants into pulverised wood fired according to the PPES concept. PETRO Pulverised Bio Fuel Burner can be delivered in different variants, depending on the option of the customer. The PTO burner is fired by pulverised wood and oil.The PTG and the PTOG burners are fired by pulverised wood and gas plus oil in the latter case.
Animal fat
We recommend burning of animal fat in our PETRO Low-pressure Air Atomising Burner or PETRO Rotary Cup Burner. Burners used today by our clients can easily be adjusted to this fuel.
Bio oil
Tall oil pitch and tall oil can be burned with advantage in our PETRO Low-pressure Air Atomising Burner or PETRO Rotary Cup Burner. Burners used today by our clients can easily be adjusted to these fuels.
Waste oil
In this case the most suitable is our PETRO Low-pressure Air Atomising Burner, because of its ceramic quarl. Waste oil can contain between 20% and 30% of water. This burner can be found on many vessels cruising around the world.
