PETRO Multi Energy System

PETRO Multi Energy System (PMES) is a unique low NOx combustion system developed to fit PTVM boilers produced by Dorogobuzhkotlomash Ltd, Russia www.dkm.ru

By combining smart designed burners and a state of the art control system Petrokraft has developed a system which meet the NOx emission requirement for gas firing valid in Moscow City from 2010 - 120 mg/Nm³ at a 1,0. (Compared with existing equipment it is a 50-60% reduction)

Existing air fans can be utilised and by upgrading them with frequency converters the electric consumption will be reduced, expected savings of electricity is 5 - 30% depending on the existing equipment and how the boiler is operated.

As our new burner fits into existing boiler openings, investment and installation costs is significantly reduced. Furthermore, the burner has a well thought-out design with few moving parts and minimal air pressure drop which guarantees high availability and low maintenance costs.
