PETRO SNCR

  • The PETRO SNCR system is a fully automatic system designed for safe and reliable operation.
  • The PETRO SNCR system is of well proven modular design and is fully functionally tested before delivery ensuring quick installation and commissioning at site.
  • The PETRO SNCR system is as standard equipped with PLC control, an operator terminal and distributed I/Os. The system communicates with the modules and with the main control system of the plant (DCS) via bus cables.
  • The PETRO SNCR system is designed to comply with all relevant directives and standards with regard to the use of ammonia and urea.

The PETRO SNCR system consists of three main systems:

  • Distribution system including storage and pump system for reduction agent and pump system for softened water.
  • Injection system including blending station with distribution to individual injectors.
  • Automation system including PLC control and operator interface.
